MCDC Committees
Fundraising -Terry Ellen Carter
Committee is responsible for developing and directing the fundraising activities of the MCDC.
Newsletter - Lindsay West

Committee is responsible for writing and publishing MCDC newsletters on a quarterly basis. Spring and Fall newsletters will be published in hard copy format, plus on the web page. Summer and Winter volumes will be published on the web page only.

Committee is responsible for educating MCDC members and the community at large on issues of concern to the Democratic Party. The committee will accomplish these goals by arranging for guest speakers to address the bi-monthly MCDC meetings and by planning and organizing community forums for the general public.
Public Relations - Michael Sutphin
Committee is responsible for publicizing the activities of the MCDC. Committee will be responsible for pre-event and post-event press releases and developing media contacts and relationships.
Special Events - Nancy Rooker & Julia Lewis
Committee is responsible for organizing the special events of the MCDC. This will include the Spring Potluck Dinner, the Summer Picnic, the Wilderness Trail Booth, the Fall Dinner (in conjunction with the Fundraising Committee), and the annual pre-election campaign rally. The committee will also help coordinate one-time events, such as candidate visits, as needed.
